Ewellix Lift Kit

The EWELLIX LIFTKIT-UR extends the vertical reach of a Universal Robots cobot, enabling efficient palletizing across multiple layers. The robust telescopic column automatically raises and lowers the robot to the optimal working height, increasing productivity and process stability. The system is ready to install, fully integrated into the UR controller, and can be programmed directly in Polyscope via a URCap.

Extended vertical reach
Lifts and lowers the cobot for efficient palletizing and high working heights.
UR-integrated control system
Movements are programmed and controlled directly via the URCap in Polyscope.
Robust industrial design
Stable telescopic lift, low vibration, and virtually maintenance-free.

Description

The EWELLIX LIFTKIT-UR was specially developed for applications where cobots need more vertical reach—especially for palletizing, but also for assembly stations, machine loading, or testing processes. The telescopic column reliably lifts the robot regardless of the load and keeps the position stable without vibration or sagging.

With the integrated URCap, the LIFTKIT can be controlled directly in the UR interface, allowing lift positions to be seamlessly integrated into robot programs. The system is ready to install, requires no additional hardware or software modifications, and can be combined with various palletizing solutions such as Pally or VISUAL COMPONENTS.

An optimized version is available for the new UR20 and UR30 models, which is specially designed for greater ranges and loads.
