EWELLIX SLIDEKIT 2.0

The EWELLIX SLIDEKIT 2.0 significantly extends the range of a cobot, enabling applications such as palletizing, welding, finishing, machine loading, or quality control over long distances. The plug-and-play system is UR+ certified and can be controlled directly in Polyscope via a URCap. Thanks to predefined mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces, the axis can be installed and ready for use in just a few steps.

Description

The SLIDEKIT 2.0 was developed to automate manual, repetitive tasks and make production processes more efficient over longer distances. The axis operates with high repeat accuracy and is suitable for both handling and machining processes. Thanks to its 100% duty cycle, it is suitable for continuous operation.

The combination of high load capacity, robust mechanical design, and simple software integration makes SLIDEKIT 2.0 one of the most effective solutions for fully exploiting the potential of a cobot—especially when used across multiple machines or for linearly extended manufacturing cells. The new sliding and lubrication points and improved noise reduction in version 2.0 also increase operational safety and service life.
