Robotiq Insights

Introduction

Robotiq Insights is a software solution that allows you to remotely monitor, analyze, and optimize your UR cobot cells. Whether you are at work, in the office, or on the go, Insights provides real-time status, alarm notifications, downtime analysis, and performance metrics directly to your smartphone or computer. This allows you to quickly identify downtime, optimize throughput times, and increase overall productivity.

Real-time monitoring & alarm notifications
Overview of robot cells, immediate warning in case of failures or problems.
Analysis & KPI tracking
Recording and evaluation of performance data, cycle times, utilization, and trends.
Remote access & remote maintenance
Access robot control and logs from anywhere—ideal for support, debugging, and quick troubleshooting.

Description

Robotiq Insights gives you a 360° overview of your robot installation: live dashboard, performance timeline, detailed event logs, and configurable alerts. In the event of a production stoppage or error, you will receive a text message or email and can restart the robot remotely if necessary — significantly reducing downtime.

Insights is particularly suitable for manufacturing facilities where many cobots are in use, for remote locations, or when flexible responses to failures are required. Easy integration via URCap and cloud-based architecture make setup quick and low-maintenance.

The software helps manufacturers systematically collect production data, identify bottlenecks early on, and continuously optimize processes—thereby reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the long term.
